Returns and Refunds Policy

At Gizylu.com, we want you to love your purchase. All of our products are made-to-order (Print-On-Demand), which means they are produced specifically for you once your order is placed. Due to this customized nature, the following conditions apply:

1. Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizes chosen, or orders placed by mistake. Please carefully review size guides and product information before completing your purchase.

2. Defective or damaged products

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@gizylu.com with clear photos of the item and your order number. We will review your case and, if applicable, process a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Refunds

If a replacement cannot be sent, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exceptions

We do not offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:

     
  • Errors made by the customer when selecting size, color, or design at checkout.

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care of the product.

  • Orders placed by mistake without immediate notification before production starts.

5. Claim process

To file a claim, send an email to support@gizylu.com including:

  • Photos of the product received.

  • A description of the issue.

Our team will review your case and respond within 24–48 business hours.

6. Changes to this policy
